1. What is this shampoo and who should use it?
This is a clarifying / detox shampoo designed to deeply cleanse hair and scalp. It’s ideal for stylists or clients who build up residue from styling products, dry shampoo, hard water minerals, oil, pollution or environmental buildup — especially before colour, treatment, or big styling services. 

2. What problems does it solve — what benefits does it give?

• Removes product buildup, excess oil, dry-shampoo residue, hard-water minerals, and pollution residue in just one wash. 

• Helps purify and detoxify scalp + hair, leaving strands feeling lightweight and clean. 

• Supports better shine and hair cuticle condition thanks to a cleansing complex with AHA fruit acids that helps strengthen cuticle and boost shine.

• Suitable for all hair types and textures, including colour-treated hair — useful for salon clients after bleach/colour services. 

3. How should stylists apply/use it (or how should clients use it at home)?

• On wet hair, apply, massage into a lather, then rinse. 

• After clarifying, always follow up with a conditioner (e.g. a moisturizing or bond-care conditioner) — because clarifying shampoos strip buildup and can remove oils too.

• Recommended use: about once per week (or periodically, when buildup is evident), not for daily washing. 

4. Will it damage hair or interfere with colour/texture?
Not when used properly. The formula is designed for detoxing and cuticle-cleaning rather than heavy stripping, and it is safe for colour-treated hair.

However — as with any clarifying shampoo — frequent overuse can dry out hair or scalp, so it’s best treated as a periodic “reset” rather than a daily cleanser. (This is a common guideline for clarifying shampoos in general.)
