PREPARATION:

• Mix in a variable ratio of 1:1 to 1:3 for optimal consistency for a variety of applications.

• Wear suitable disposable gloves.

• Mix product in a well-ventilated area.

• Put the recommended amount of Flash Lift Power 9 lightener and chosen developer in a non-metallic bowl. Blend until smooth consistency is achieved.

APPLICATION AND RINSING:

• Wear suitable disposable gloves.

• Do not let product run onto scalp.

• Do not use metallic tools (clips, comb, etc).

• Rinse hair well after development time.

FOR OFF AND ON SCALP APPLICATIONS:

When performing highlights with foil application, exclusively use Aluminum foils ref SOFT ALLOY 1235, 18um (i.e. Product Club SHF500-SL), SOFT ALLOY 20um or SOFT ALLOY 1200, 18um (Norms EN 573) Procare.
