Q: What is this product used for?
A: This smoothing curl cream is formulated to define curls or waves, reduce frizz, add manageability and shine, and smooth the hair shaft for more controlled styling — giving curls from loose to coily definition and softness without stiffness or crunch.

A: Works for all curl types — from wavy to tight coils. It’s especially beneficial for frizz-prone, dry, textured, chemically-treated, or color-treated hair — basically anytime clients want curls that are defined, soft, and manageable.

A:

• Sheep-wool protein (Companion Keratins) — Lis’n uses a two-sized keratin approach: a smaller molecule penetrates the hair shaft to strengthen and moisturize from within, while a larger molecule surrounds the shaft to protect the cuticle, add shine, and give thermal/UV protection. 

• Natural moisturizers from soybeans, macadamia seed, beeswax, and corn — these help lock in moisture, add softness, reduce dryness, and improve manageability and flexibility of curls. 

• Sunflower-derived color-protective agents — helps preserve hair color while styling. 

• Sulfate-free, paraben-free, gluten-free formula — reduces risk of stripping natural oils, making it safer for color-treated or chemically processed hair, and gentler on scalp/hair integrity.

Q: How should it be applied for best results?
A: On damp or towel-dried hair, pump 1–2 pumps into your palms, emulsify the product, then apply it starting from the ends and working up to roots (or use the “flip + rake” method on curls — flip hair upside down, distribute through lengths, then finger-comb or rake with a wide-tooth comb). For tighter curls, you can scrunch gently to encourage definition. For smoothing (less curl definition), apply on damp hair and follow with blow-dry and/or flat-iron as needed. 

Q: Is it safe for color-treated or chemically processed hair?
A: Yes — since the formula is free from sulfates, parabens and gluten, and includes protective & nourishing keratin proteins with oils/moisturizers, it’s safe for color-treated, relaxed, bleached or otherwise chemically treated hair.
