A: It’s a professional-strength remover designed specifically to strip out unwanted direct-dye (semi-permanent / vivid / non-oxidative) hair color from hair. Unlike a bleach, it doesn’t lift natural pigment — it targets and removes artificial dye molecules. 

Q: How does it work?
A: You mix equal parts of the remover powder and cold tap water (1:1 ratio) in a non-metal bowl. 
Then apply on hair treated with direct dye, cover with a processing cap (no heat), process up to about 30 minutes (checking frequently), and rinse thoroughly. 
After rinsing, follow with a deep-cleansing or clarifying shampoo, then condition (for example with a detangling conditioner) to restore moisture.
