FAQs
1. What hair types and concerns is this treatment best for?
This product is designed for damaged, over-processed and color/chemically treated hair. It works most effectively after a customised back-bar treatment sequence (e.g., repair or moisture concentrates) to mass-balance pH and seal the cuticle for smoother finish.
2. What key benefits should stylists highlight to clients?
-
It features an acidic pH range (~3.0–4.0) to help seal the hair cuticle, lock in the benefits of preceding treatments and add instant shine.
-
It visibly reduces the appearance of surface damage in a single use, when used as part of the full system.
-
Suitable for colour-treated hair and helps maintain the results of other corrective services.
3. How should stylists apply it in a salon or professional setting?
Use after the client’s hair has been treated with the necessary moisture and/or protein Concentrate products:
-
First apply the selected concentrate (e.g., Acidic Moisture or Acidic Protein) and leave on for ~5 minutes.
-
Then apply 10–15 pumps of the pH Sealer throughout hair (roots-to-ends) and rinse. The product is formulated for professional use.
4. Will it weigh the hair down or leave residue?
No—because it is used as part of a professional, concentrated treatment sequence and is designed to seal cuticle rather than coat it heavily. Still, stylists should tailor the amount and ensure thorough rinse especially on finer or low-density hair.
5. What makes this product stand out compared with generic “cuticle seals” or finishing treatments?
-
The key differentiator is the intentionally acidic pH formulation (3.0-4.0) which helps hair return closer to its ideal pH, thereby improving cuticle closure, smoother look and brightness.
-
It is salon-exclusive and highly concentrated, intended for use by professionals in corrective treatments rather than everyday mass-market rinse-out masks.
-
The positioning—“bonding care + cuticle sealing + professional finish”—makes it a strong upsell in a distributor-to-salon environment.
