Fiber Restructure is the core second step of the professional Uberliss Keratin Smoothing Treatment system . It is a heat-activated, formaldehyde-free smoothing lotion designed to rebuild, realign, and smooth the internal structure of the hair fiber . Instead of just coating the hair, it works internally to reduce frizz at the source, improve strength and elasticity, and seal the cuticle with a flexible, protective layer using a glyoxylic acid derivative . The result is smooth, manageable hair with a glossy, mirror-like finish that lasts .

2. What are the key ingredients in Fiber Restructure?
The formula's efficacy comes from its exclusive Triple Blend technology, which consists of keratin, cysteine, and buriti extracts . This blend works synergistically to restructure the hair fiber. The active smoothing ingredient is glyoxylic acid, which is much safer than formaldehyde (methylene glycol) and more effective at creating a smooth seal around the hair shaft . The latest version of the formula has a distinct soft lilac color .

3. How do I use Uberliss Fiber Restructure as part of the keratin treatment?
Fiber Restructure is always used after the first step, Fiber Expander . Here is the professional application process:

1. Preparation: After applying and partially drying the hair with the Fiber Expander, divide the hair into four sections .

2. Application: Shake the Fiber Restructure bottle well. Using a brush, apply the product sparingly to thin partings, starting from the nape of the neck and working upwards .

3. Processing: Cover the hair with a plastic cap and place the client under a dryer. Processing time varies by hair type: 20 minutes for wavy hair (Type 2A-2C) and 30 minutes for curly/coily hair (Type 3A-4) .

4. Rinsing & Drying: For wavy hair, rinse briefly (25-40 seconds) with low water pressure, towel blot, and dry completely. For curly hair, remove the cap and blow-dry completely without rinsing first .

5. Sealing: Spray hair with Uberliss Frizz Elixir for heat protection and flat iron in small sections to activate and seal the treatment .
